Anubis

Anubis is the Greek name for the person responsible for the dead, mummification, afterlife, tombs, and the underworld (Duat) in ancient Egyptian religion. It is usually depicted in the form of a dog or a man with a dog’s head.
His prominent roles serve as the Spirit Guide in the afterlife. He attended the Libra events, during which the “weight of the heart” was carried out, and it was decided whether the spirit would be allowed into the world of the dead.
Anubis is depicted in black, a color that symbolizes the renewal, life, and soil of the Nile, and the discoloration of the body after embalming.
